Marina Perla, CEO and Founder of Mojo Trek
As the CEO of Mojo Trek, Marina has a knack for bringing out her team’s strengths, embracing differences, and delivering more than what is expected for clients. Her ability to align talent with business objectives has proven successful in scaling technology divisions of businesses ranging from $5M to $40B.
At Mojo Trek, Marina oversees strategic business development, working very closely with our clients and partners. She sets strategic direction with a strong focus on sustainable growth and scalability.
To Marina, diversity and inclusion is more than part of the equation for building successful teams, it’s in our DNA. She was compelled to found Mojo Trek to build a better recruitment experience, grounded in transparency and integrity. Marina aims to exceed expectations, set the bar higher, provide operational excellence, and do right by clients and employees every day.
Olga Niamera, Director of Recruiting Operations
As the Director of Recruiting Operations, Olga oversees the delivery, operations, and people management efforts at Mojo Trek. In her tenure with the company, she has supported external and internal recruitment, operations, compliance, and culture development.
Olga approaches leading teams through a relational lens, helping professionals and organizations identify and pursue the right opportunities. To Olga, authenticity, trust, and innovation are vital to developing successful teams.
Her background includes experience in the international education and not-for-profit sectors. Olga holds a BA degree in Business and Social Entrepreneurship from Roosevelt University. She is passionate about the future of work and technology’s impact on society. Outside of work, Olga enjoys traveling, comedy, and volunteering in her local community.
